The Village Foundation, LJP, College Success Program (Grades 8-12), provides ongoing opportunities for students to earn scholarship money, in a unique way, while building lifelong networks and business acumen. Students also learn how to support their education while advancing community collaboration in education. All monies they raise—which reflects a 50% commission – are individually earmarked in the Foundation’s Scholarship Fund. This is achieved by students:
- Promoting the foundation via Gala ticket sales;
- Selling advertising space in the Gala Program;
- Ongoing marketing for donations on behalf of The Village Foundation, LJP, programs.
